LJC series long shaft deep well pump adopts advanced hydraulic model and structural design, and adopts many new technologies such as core making with Ashland resin process and epoxy coating of blade passage parts. Pump high efficiency, performance curve without hump, high efficiency area is broad, efficiency is 2% to 8% higher than JC, JD type long shaft deep well pump. The pump adopts sand rejection device, and the labyrinth structure prevents sand particles from entering the bearing. The radial runout of the blade shaft, drive shaft and motor shaft is controlled within the American standard 0.13mm, the pump runs smoothly and the noise is low. Pump seat with beautiful shape, large window, easy maintenance, replacement of packing.
LJC type long shaft deep well pump is widely used in water plant, hydropower station (maintenance, leakage and drainage pumps, etc.), thermal power plant (industrial, life, fire pump, etc.), iron and steel plant (circulating cooling, life, iron pit pumps, etc.), agricultural irrigation, firefighting, municipal and other industries.
1. Motor: deep well pump special hollow shaft motor (YLB type), or solid shaft ordinary vertical motor.
2. Adjust nut: Adjust blade wheel axial series quantity.
3. Pump seat: bear heavy load, and easy to install packing box.
4. Pre-lubrication wire plug: before starting, clean water is injected through the place to lubricate the inner bearing of the pump.
6. Upper short pipe (short pipe B) : the upper flange of the short pipe is connected with the pump seat, and the lower flange is connected with the flange of the water lifting pipe;
9. Impeller shaft: 2Cr13 stainless steel or 45# high quality carbon steel (chrome-plated surface);

17. Water filter network: the length of the water filter network should be appropriate to achieve a good condition and prevent large particles from entering the pump.
18. Drive shaft: high strength carbon steel, bearing position surface chrome plated. Stainless steel material is available on demand.
