FQW40-20/W FQW pneumatic submersible sewage centrifugal pump Description

FQW pneumatic submersible centrifugal pump in mining is safe and reliable. Also it can effectively improve the air quality at site. FQW pneumatic submersible pump is widely applied to any underground mine with gas or coal dust, dangerous explosive working conditions.

FQW pneumatic submersible pump features:

FQW mining pneumatic submersible pump uses compressed air as the driving force and adopts a centrifugal pump structure. It has the advantages of small size, light weight, simple structure and easy installation and maintenance. It is safe and reliable to be used in mines containing gas and coal dust, which is the advanced pneumatic drainage water equipment.

FQW/W series mining pneumatic submersible pump is a breakthrough in the design. It adopts pneumatic turbine to use compressed air as the driving force, and overcomes those drawbacks like loud noise, high air consumption and low efficiency that the conventional pneumatic pump suffers, it is widely used for sewage drainage in mines.

Working conditions:

1. When the pump dives into the water, the water surface shall not exceed connection face between the muffler and the shell;

2. The temperature of conveying medium shall not exceed 40 degree Celsius;

3 working environment temperature (5 to 40)degree Celsius.

4. The PH of the transport medium is within the range of 6 to 8;

5. The maximum diameter of solid particles shall not exceed 10mm, and their volume concentration shall not exceed 2 percent;

The compressed air used for power should meet the requirements of wind pressure and air volume;

7 applicable pressure range is 0.4mpa to 0.7mpa
