YHCB series cast iron gear oil pump is a positive displacement pump consisting of two sets of gears, a pump body, and front and rear covers. As the gears rotate, the teeth in the suction chamber gradually separate, increasing the volume between the teeth and creating a vacuum or negative pressure zone. With continued rotation, the sucked-in liquid is conveyed to the discharge chamber side. On the discharge side, the gear teeth gradually mesh, causing the volume between the teeth to decrease. This compresses the liquid, forcing it out of the pump body and into the piping system.
