KCB series gear pumps are suitable for conveying non-corrosive lubricants with temperatures below 300°C and viscosities ranging from 5 to 1500 cst, such as crude oil, diesel, and lubricating oil. Working Principle:

The KCB series gear oil pump primarily consists of gears, shafts, pump body, valves, and shaft end seals. During operation, internal components are automatically lubricated by the conveyed medium. To minimize torque during gear operation, the pump body incorporates optimally designed discharge and return oil grooves. Additionally, the pump is equipped with a safety valve for overload protection, with its full return oil pressure set point at 1.5 times the pump's rated discharge pressure.
